Super Termites – are they eating your house?

As the title reads Super Termites have been found on the Gold Coast. What are Super Termites? They are large termites found in Northern Territory, until now. Super Termites have been found on the Gold Coast and are at least double the size of normal timber pest found in Queensland and their appetite is extremely damaging.

Our pest inspections are very thorough as we check fence lines, gardens, external perimeters, all exposed timbers, we use a moisture metre on the walls then use our fabulous Flir E50 thermal imaging camera to inspect all walls as well. If your house has no signs of pests (white-ants) inside, this does not mean your roof is free from timber pest.

All pest inspections include a visual inspection of the roof void. After this is complete, the homeowner will receive a 20 page timber pest report electronically.
