Termite Inspection – Mt Warren Park – Termites Attack From All Sides

Conquer Termites received an online enquiry from a worried customer wanting a full termite inspection in Mount Warren Park as he thought he had just found live termites inside his house. As soon as we received the enquiry we contacted the home owner in Mount Warren Park and he told us his concerns about termites attacking the skirting board around the bathroom. When we arrived we confirmed the termite damage to the skirting board and our customer was very happy to proceed with a full termite inspection using a thermal camera.

Our termite inspections always start in the yard as we like to check if there are any rotting retaining walls or big tree stumps that termites are attacking. We did discover three or four big tree stumps in the front yard that was full of termites. We always recommend to completely remove any tree stumps in the yard. Once we had finished with the outside we started the termite inspection inside the house. With our many years of experience in termite inspections we found termites concealed in the walls, this can be done by putting a hole in the wall but before we did that it was confirmed that there were termite workings in the wall by using the thermal camera. With further inspection we found termites attacking the inside timbers in three other spots around the house including the roof void.

The home owner in Mount Warren Park was very surprised to have so much termite activity inside their home but they totally understood that they needed to install a full chemical treatment.
